Sirromets Chief Wine Maker

Sirromet’s chief winemaker Adam Chapman’s career spans more than 30 years and is known as the Wunder Kind or wonder child by his critics, and has brought Sirromet to a 5 star rating. Adam has worked in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, along with Burgundy and Ardeche in France before making his mark in Queensland’s Granite Belt. Here he has been influencing many Queensland producers with modern winemaking and viticultural techniques, accompanied by traditional methods. Patrick Sullivan

Born of the many rural regions of Victoria, Patrick had a nomadic childhood. His first vinous whiff probably came whilst climbing the Cambrian hills north of central victoria on a farm his family once owned. All grown up and married to the beautiful Megan, they live and make wine on their own farm in the Strezleki ranges, Gippsland, Australia. Wily Trout Wines

Wily Trout Vineyard Wily Trout Vineyard, located in the Canberra Wine Region is a second generation family run vineyard. Susan and Robert Bruce planted the first vines in 1997. Their son, William Bruce now manages the boutique vineyard. The Canberra Region is renowned for producing premium quality cool climate Shiraz and Riesling. The Wily Trout Vineyard grows both red and white varietals including Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Koerner wine is a partnership between brothers Damon and Jonathan Koerner. Both grew up in the Clare Valley but have since spent time working and studying around Australia and abroad. Tom Shobbrook

It was whilst Tom and John (of Winemakers Club fame) met working for Sean O'Callaghan that The Winemakers Club was truly formed. After an inspirational six years of wine tasting around Europe they agreed that the best distribution of skill was for Tom to make wine and John to sell it.
